Who we are
CK Health is a multidisciplinary clinic located at 136 Glebe Rd, Merewether NSW 2291. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our EMDR therapy page, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What information we collect on this page
- Contact details, such as your name, mobile, email and suburb or postcode.
- Your answers to the EMDR suitability check. Some of these answers are health information, which is sensitive information under the Privacy Act.
- Technical and marketing data, such as the campaign (UTM) details of the link you used to reach this page.
Our FAQ assistant does not store the content of your chat.
Why we collect it
We use this information to contact you about EMDR therapy, help our psychologists understand your needs and arrange care. We only collect health information with your consent.
How we store and protect it
Your information is stored on secure, access-restricted systems and is accessed only by authorised CK Health staff.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or share your information. We may use trusted service providers to store data securely on our behalf. We don't share health information with advertising platforms.
